Placing an order and sending the initial payment are the basic requirements to start the setup process. As soon as we receive your order and initial payment, we will start processing your order. You will receive your access authorization from us by e-mail immediately after the order processing..

Windows Servers come with a pre-enabled RDP Protocol. You will find the login details in your mailbox. If you have Windows, you need to open “Remote Desktop Connection” on your computer. If you have macOS you should install “Remote Desktop” from the Apple Store, then in the “Computer” box, type the IP of your server. In the “Username” box, enter “Administrator”. Press “ok” and you will connect to the server by entering the password.

All of our services come with the most privileged access. In the case of Linux OS, we will provide “root” access by default with cloud solutions. If you order a Bare Metal servers we will send you “user” access by default, for security reasons, and you will be able to set root password. If you order a Windows Server you will have Administrator access.
